5-10 is more what I'd expect to see, if I was driving my best in one of my best tunes, vs. a good driver in a probably even better car. Brabham and Mosler, and the other top tier cars mentioned in this thread are popular for a reason, but since there's at least half a dozen cars in the top tier, I'd say it's a top tier rather than a single nigh-unbeatable meta.

Ive been looming for the best tune for the mosler and i cant find one that goes over 269mph any tips or tunes i could use?
I started with a bugatti divo with rally tires and suspension and changed the gearing up a bit so the top speed was only like 190mph. I kept getting 172-179mph though. I needed a bit more and that's when i made this post. I changed it over to the hoonigan '65 mustang, rally tires, rally suspension, gearing top speed to about 185mph and barely Fastest Electric Car in Forza Horizon 4 So if you have not played Forza Horizon 4 yet, some surprises are waiting for you.
